"Empty Console" Bug Fix Available

A new build of Simply Fortran 2.10 is now available from Approximatrix, LLC. This updated build fixes empty internal console situations that may occur on certain systems. The symptoms of this bug are a complete lack of program output given even the simplest scenarios when the internal console is used. Simply Fortran 2.10 Now Available

Approximatrix, LLC is happy to announce the release of Simply Fortran Version 2.10. This new version introduces additional user-requested features and fixes some minor bugs present in earlier versions. Project options have been significantly extended, moving most compiler options into the project itself. Debugging and optimization settings are now project-specific, and additional Fortran-specific options have been explicitly added to the Project Options window. ...

"Terminate" Bug Fix Available

A new build of version 2.9 of Simply Fortran is available on the Download page. This new build fixes an issue that would cause Simply Fortran to crash if a project's executable was terminated via either the internal console's "Terminate" button, the toolbar's "Terminate" button, or the Terminate option in the Build menu. The new build no longer exhibits this behavior. Users are encouraged to upgrade to the latest build to avoid any further problems.
