Simply Fortran Forums

Two forums have been added to the Approximatrix product forums for discussion of Simply Fortran. Specifically, a bug reports and user support forums were added to provide users with an outlet for reporting issues or asking questions about the Simply Fortran suite. A more formal bug tracking system should be added shortly as well.
