Minor Bug Fixes for Version 1.40

Version 1.40, available on the Download page, now contains a pair of minor bug fixes. The initial release exhibited issues with excessively slow Fortran dependency calculations and possible error messages in the Start/Unregistered panel at startup. The most recent build, 1144, addresses both issues. Dependency calculations should be accelerated, and error messages on the Start/Unregistered panel should be eliminated. Any users experiencing these issues should consider reinstalling using the latest installer on the Download page.
