Version 1.39 Released

Approximatrix, LLC is happy to announce the release of Simply Fortran Version 1.39. The latest version incorporates a multitude of bug fixes and improvements. Most notably, the Insight Debugger has been upgraded to version 7.5.50, fixing some issues users were experiencing with unresponsive breakpoint settings and additional difficulties. Within the integrated development environment, a bug related to launching the project target when specified as an absolute path was corrected. An error in the makefile construction for static libraries has been eliminated. Possible problems selecting the target architecture in the Project Options window have been corrected. Some redrawing issues reported by users with the Start panel should now be resolved. A cosmetic change to the status bar has eliminated mild flashing of the current syntax checker and indexing statuses. A possible memory leak in the handling of example projects has been corrected. Occasional lockups of Simply Fortran's build mechanism have been eliminated. The latest version is available now from the Download page.
